The Estonian Consulate General in San Francisco, New York City, and the Estonian Embassy in Washington, DC are the only offices authorized to accept applications for passports. Passport deliveries may be arranged through a Honorary Consulate near you. If you have an emergency and require a travel document to return to Estonia, please contact your nearest Honorary Consulate for assistance. They will determine if you quality for a return certificate or permit and are able to dispense such document. Estonian identity documents will notbe mailed to the applicant and must be retrieved in person.
